Concept of a future industrial ecosystem connecting forests, industrial facilities and energy flows

Connected assets. A clearer future.

Industrial asset management with Thingspire EAM. Bring site data, asset condition, approvals and work results into one connected workflow.

Industrial asset managementFrom data to decisionsFrom approval to action

The whole picture. The evidence behind it.

Compare your sites, then follow the detail to an individual asset. Keep each number's meaning and the limits of its data in view.

One view of your assets

Navigate organizations, countries and sites. Follow individual equipment and its replacement history.

Condition with context

Separate asset health, criticality and data confidence to decide what needs a closer look.

Your team's workspace

Configure widgets and dashboards. Scope access and actions to each organization and role.

Explore the platform

From a signal to the next right action.

Carry the evidence from observation to decision, then from approved work to reassessment.

From solar fields to offshore wind

Explore real power-generation sites, from rows of solar panels to turbines at sea, and the equipment care each setting calls for.

Panel arrays and distributed inverters cover a wide area. Equipment status and inspection history help teams identify where to look and what needs attention.

Wind turbines standing among fields in Lower Saxony, Germany

Onshore wind

Germany · Lower Saxony wind farm

Widely spaced turbines still belong to one wind farm. Reviewing each turbine’s condition and work history helps teams prepare for a site visit.

Floating solar

United States · Far Niente irrigation pond

Floating panels bring supporting structures and connections into the inspection scope. Location records and photographs help document changes on the water.

Offshore visits call for preparation. Reviewing turbine inspections and planned work before a visit, then recording findings, gives the next team useful context.

Trust what you can trace.

A useful number needs a clear meaning. Make the boundaries of data, access and decisions visible.

Unknown stays unknown

Missing or poor-quality observations are not marked healthy. A metric stays N/A when its inputs are insufficient.

Access with a defined scope

Server-side checks enforce organization, asset and action permissions. Audit records trace approvals and key changes.

Sources you can inspect

Public plant facts retain their source and review date. Unverified standard mappings are not presented as certification.

A few things before you start.

Is this live operating data?

No. Equipment, measurements, alarms and work history are synthetic. Public plant facts retain their source and review date. Demonstration numbers are not operating results.

Will it work with our systems?

The demo shows ingestion and approved work requests. SAP and Maximo dispatch is mocked. Your actual integration scope depends on the interfaces, permissions and data you can provide.

Is conformity verified?

No conformity or certification is claimed. Detailed IEC 81346 class codes remain pending verification against the official text. Our glossary explains concepts, not product compliance.

Does open source mean free service?

The demonstration uses a free open-source technology stack. That does not imply that the commercial product, hosting, integration or support is free. Scope and pricing need a separate discussion.

What should we bring?

Bring the fleet scope, data sources and approval decisions you want to connect. A walkthrough can focus on that workflow without uploading confidential operating data.

Let's connect your next workflow.

Tell us about your assets and the decisions your team needs to make. Shape a walkthrough around the work that matters to you.

  • The assets and data sources in scope
  • The people who inspect, review and approve
